Almost every Indian has been singing “Jai Ho” for A.R. Rahman, once the whiz of music awarded by 2 Grammy awards in this year for his unique music composition in the Hollywood film Slumdog Millionaire. Last year Rahman also grabbed two Oscars for his extraordinary performance in Danny Boyle’s highly praised film.

Jai Ho for A.R. Rahman

Although the whole universe is going absorbed over Rahman’s composition so many believe that the Indian music maestro has the talent to create and has delivered much better music compositions than Slumdog Millionaire. The internationally celebrated filmmaker Shekhar Kapur believes that Rahman has presented us far better music compositions than for what he has awarded globally. Shekhar uttered his very honest decision on Twitter by saying, “I am so proud of Rahman, but Slumdog is not his best music, he has and will do far far better. Wait for his score in Paani.”

The moment the world came to know about the Grammy news early in the morning, Rahman was flooded with congratulations. Shekhar Kapur also conveyed his message as “AR Rahman goes beyond Slumdog and takes over Hollywood! Two Grammies. I will send the best tweet to him personally.”
